Our Southview Gardens Housing Support Service offers high quality practical and emotional support for people living with ongoing mental health ill health. 

What is Southview Gardens like?

As a tenant, you’ll have your own tenancy agreement with Hillcrest Homes for your flat.

Each flat has a lounge/kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. There’s also a utility space with a small external enclosed patio area.

The Service will be in a block of 6 flats, with mobility access on the ground floor. The first floor will house the Resource Flat which is 24/7. Free parking is available for visitors with electric charging point.

Accessing support

Support at Southview Gardens is for people aged 18 and over who are tenants of Hillcrest Homes. You need to be referred by the social work team for our support. 

How does support work?

Support with your practitioner takes place in your home and around the local community, as and when you need it. Support is arranged on an individual basis.

We want to know what matters to you. That’s why we’ll support you to become empowered to make informed choices about your daily living. We’ll support you to gain the skills you need to live positively within your local community. We’ll work together with you to discover your strengths, and will support you to set and achieve your goals one step at a time.
