Our Supported Living Service team can offer you practical and emotional support in your home and around your community. We’ll support you to develop skills, to connect with activities and other sources of support in your community, and to gain control in your life.
We want to know what matters to you!
That’s why we’ll support you to make informed choices about your daily living. We’ll work with you to create a support plan that reflects the things you want to achieve. This can include things like managing your budget, looking after your home, and linking in with other people involved in your life like GPs and social workers. We can support you to connect into local activities, shopping, community networks, and public transport. If you want to access training, work or volunteering, we can support you with that too.
How do I access support?
If you’re aged 18 and over and you live in Edinburgh, we can support you. You can access support by being referred by your social worker, voluntary organisations, and mental health teams.
You do have the option to self-refer. Just call or email us to find out more.
