The service is free, confidential and open 24/7 for anyone in Dundee.
Anyone can feel distressed by life events so our team are here to offer you a safe space to talk and plan your way forward safely. If you choose to speak to us, you can expect a compassionate listening ear. Many of our team members have their own lived experience, which means we always come from a place of compassion and understanding.
How do I access support?
Hope Point is self-referral and free. You can call, text, or use our drop-in for face to face support 24/7.

The service is a partnership with Penumbra Mental Health, Dundee Health and Social Care Partnership, and Hillcrest Futures. Support is provided by Mental Health and Wellbeing Practitioners from Penumbra Mental Health.
