Our NOVA team can offer you practical and emotional support if you’re mental wellbeing is being impacted by life events. You might be experiencing feelings of anxiety or low mood, or you might be living with thoughts of self-harm or suicide. Whatever your circumstances, we can support you on your journey if you’d like to explore practical ways to manage your mental wellbeing.
What does support look like?
We can offer you a compassionate and non-judgemental space to explore ways to improve and maintain good mental wellbeing. Our support takes place on a one-to-one basis and through friendly group workshops, where you can share experiences and practical tips on looking after your wellbeing. We can also connect you into meaningful activities and resources within your local community. Many of us at Penumbra have our own lived experience of managing a mental health issue, and so our insight might be helpful to you in your own journey.
