Our fully trained peer team have their own lived experience of recovery in mental health and bring their own insight to support you on your journey. Our team will work with you using recovery tools to discover what matters to you, to develop skills and strategies to help you maintain good wellbeing, and to connect into meaningful community resources. You can access the service through your GP surgery in South Angus.
