Join our project and help shape community mental health resources
How will it work?
We are going to co-create mental health resources and support people to facilitate workshops across their local communities.
What's the project?
We will be offering 6 weekly development sessions in Edinburgh. The sessions will be an opportunity to share what is important for people and what needs to be included in the resources, from here Penumbra will format the resources and we will consult with the group to ensure co-creation. Once the resources are complete, we will offer training for the people in the group to deliver to their communities.
Sessions will be in-person in Edinburgh. We’ll cover the cost of travel for participants and provide lunch. Once you’ve registered, dates will be agreed.
Who are we?
EEEFC are a European collective working together to develop mental health resources with and for people with lived and living experience of mental ill health and or substance use.
The partnership includes Penumbra Mental Health, the Spit it Out Project, Health in Mind and Simon Community. It’s funded by Erasmus.
