Our friendly team offer high quality and compassionate support to people experiencing ongoing mental health challenges. Support is offered within your home and around your local community. Our team will support you to become empowered to make informed choices about your daily living through promoting wellbeing and recovery. We’ll support you to gain the skills you need to live independently and meaningfully within your local community, and to connect into activities and other resources. We’ll work together with you to discover your strengths, and we’ll support you to set and achieve your goals one step at a time.
To access our service, you need to be aged 16 and over and have your own tenancy in the Borders. Because our support is funded by Scottish Borders Council, you may have to pay a monthly contribution to SBC depending on your income.
You need to be referred by a professional like a social worker, GP, voluntary organisation, or local mental health teams.
