I have survived so much: Ryan's marathon fundraiser

I am running the 2024 Edinburgh Marathon for Penumbra in order to raise as much money as possible. Here’s the link to my fundraiser: Ryan Thomas is fundraising for Penumbra (justgiving.com)

I myself have used there services before and still have friends that they support.

I have Autism, PTSD and ongoing mental health problems, for me being able to do a wash and hoover is a luxury as it means I am having one of those rare good days.

I have survived so much including getting off methadone solo, surviving self harm and so much more.

This how ever has been possibly the hardest thing I have ever taken on, thankfully I think I do not know how to quit. They are an amazing charity and I would be so grateful if you could take the time to sponsor me to help the cause and to motivate me in my training all help more than appreciated and a massive thanks in advance to all who hopefully sponsor me.

Thank you Ryan for sharing your experience with us.
